Store & Delivery Policy

By placing an order with Mrs. Lilac Flowers, customers agree to the policies listed below.

Delivery Policy

At Mrs. Lilac Flowers, we carefully prepare each bouquet using fresh flowers from our farm, local growers, and trusted suppliers.

Customers must select:

  • a delivery or pickup date
  • and an available delivery or pickup time frame during checkout.

Please ensure that the recipient will be available during the selected delivery window.

We currently offer local delivery in:

  • Abbotsford
  • Chilliwack
  • Mission
  • Langley
  • Surrey
  • Vancouver
  • nearby surrounding areas, depending on availability

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable during the selected delivery time frame, we may:

  • leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate
  • attempt to contact the recipient
  • return the order for redelivery

If redelivery is required because:

  • the recipient was unavailable
  • the address was incorrect
  • contact information was inaccurate
  • or delivery could not be completed during the selected time frame

additional delivery charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Mrs. Lilac Flowers is not responsible for:

  • flowers left unattended at the customer’s request
  • theft or damage after delivery
  • delays caused by incorrect customer information
  • delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

During extreme weather conditions, delivery timing may occasionally be adjusted to help protect flower quality.

Pickup Policy

Customers selecting pickup must choose:

  • a pickup date
  • and a pickup time frame during checkout.

Please arrive during your selected pickup window to ensure flower freshness and order availability.

Pickup instructions and location details will be provided after placing the order.

Orders not picked up within the scheduled time frame may experience reduced flower freshness, and Mrs. Lilac Flowers is not responsible for flower quality after extended delays in pickup.

Flower Substitution Policy

Flowers are seasonal and availability may vary throughout the year.

While we always try to create arrangements as shown in product photos, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to flower availability, seasonality, or quality standards.

If substitutions are required, we will use flowers of similar colour, style, and value while maintaining the overall look and quality of the arrangement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Once flowers have been prepared, designed, or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

During busy floral holidays such as:

  • Valentine’s Day
  • Mother’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

order modifications and cancellations may be limited.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are generally final.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the flowers
  • a brief explanation of the issue

Wedding & Event Orders

Wedding and event flower orders may require separate agreements, deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation terms depending on the size and nature of the order.
